At National College of Ireland we believe in Changing Lives through Education

We are immensely proud of the broad range of activities from our various faculties (Business, Computing, Psychology, and Education) that will be on offer for everyone to enjoy on Culture Night.

From the innovative world of tech, computers, and careers, to the joy of exploring creativity and well-being through arts and crafts, alongside celebrating the tradition of oral storytelling, and appreciating how our community has evolved through the years, there will be something for everyone to enjoy – whether you are eight or eighty!

Culture Night/Oíche Chultúir

Culture Night is a national moment, one that celebrates the rich, diverse culture in Ireland today. It is a moment that connects people to cultural activities locally and nationally, aiming to open pathways to ongoing engagement.

Culture Night is an annual, all-island public event that takes place each year on the second last Friday of September.

Culture Night celebrates culture, creativity, and the arts. Culture Night passionately supports and promotes the belief that this rich and varied culture is alive, treasured, and nurtured in people’s lives, today and every day.

This incredibly special event is being held in our brand-new Spencer Dock Building. This will be the first-ever event in this new space.

We hope you will include the National College of Ireland as part of your Culture Night. All are welcome.

Keep an eye on our Events Page for further updates about Culture Night 2024.

See you there!
